NOTICE THAT THERE ARE NO PRINTED NUMBERS in the upper left corner box that quotes "No." and the upper right corner box that quotes "SHARES".   It's like that because this is a one of a kind specimen from J. W. Middleton, 167 Dearborn Street, Chicago, ILLInois.
THREE SCANS ARE SHOWN.. one of the front and one of the back of this certificate... and one of the stamped marking from printer, J. W. Middleton of Chicago, ILLinois...  very, very rare item.
CONDITION: It has normal letter folds from its original mailing, some toning but, is still in excellent condition.
The "EBAY ITEM" THING IS JUST A LOOSE PIECE OF PAPER THAT IS NOT ATTACHED TO THIS CERTIFICATE.  Look the 3 scans over very closely because this item is sold as is.
