1995 Phone Fun Skipper Teen Sister Of Barbie New In Box NRFB. Condition is "New". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.  The box shows slight age and wear.  The plastic in front of the doll's face looks sticky but it isn't.  It must be scratches.  See last two pictures.  I am not a collector and some things slip past me.  Please look at the pictures closely.  Was bought by a collector and has been on display for many years.
