    Alton Bone China Company Pekinese Circa 1950
    This absolutely beautiful Pekinese.  Made in England by the Alton Bone China Company circa 1950.  The Alton Company was only in business from 1950 - 1957 and during that period the Company was considered to be one of England’s finest procelain factory’s  Most of their dog figurines today are considered rare since their productions in those days were made in very small quantities.  The artist detail and the all hand painted pieces they produced are still some of the best true Bone China pieces ever produced.  Measures approx. 5 inches tall.  Still in Like New condition.  Has been in a non smoking environment and was taken very good care of.
