This is a very beautiful Victorian Vintage Silver Plate Vase by Wilcox S. P. International Company
It measures 10" tall and 11" wide at the handles
Beautifully
embossed flower decoration on both sides.
Some of the silver is rubbed off and should be expected with age. Please see photos
