Champlin gas station pen and pencil set, early 1960s, Kingdom City, Missouri.
Pen and pencil set in good condition from Tenney's Service at the junction of U.S. 40 and U.S. 54 in Kingdom City, Mo. This is now exit 148 from Interstate 70 and U.S. 40 to U.S. 54 in Callaway County.
Hard to find Champlin, gas station, service station collectible. Early model of advertising ballpoint pen and pencil set as well. Seller estimates at early 1960s based on pen and no mention of I-70 at the intersection.
More than just Gasper's truck stop at the intersection during those days. Excellent petroliana, oil company, road trip, car travel collectible.
