    Description

    Listed here is a used Industrial Science Assoc Micropipette Puller Pipette Model M1.  This unit came from a university setting.  It powers up successfully, and the first time I powered it up, the coil became red hot, though after subsequent power ups it did not power up again.  I do not know if this is because they're one time use coils or not.  Thus unfortunately did not get a picture of it to demonstrate.  The rod does not move back and forth when the unit is turned on, but when I turn it on with the rod as close to the coil as possible, it will rapidly pull back into a default position.  I do not know if this is normal behavior or not, but no cables were interfaced with the unit to confirm full functionality.  If you have questions, concerns, or want me to verify what is present with the machine, please send me a message.  I can also provide more photos upon request.  You get the exact pieces as seen in the pictures so review them carefully.
