This is missing the nickel-sized metal screw on cap on the main axis by the word Narishige. I don’t think this cap is vital as there’s an Allen key screw below it to keep the axis firm. It can also be replaced with a generic part that fits if desired. Please examine pics to see what is included and confirm that it has all elements you will need. Buying as is.
