ERC stands behind the quality of our products and our high level of customer support. Our engineers inspect items prior to shipping to insure they are functioning properly.
If you are ever unhappy with your purchase; we want to hear about it!
You will have 30-Days from the date your item is delivered to return the item for any reason; you first will need to contact us for an RMA number before shipping the item back to our facility to receive your money back return.

Eligible Returns:
Within 30 business days, an item can be returned for any reason. The item must be in the original condition as it was shipped including all accessories & parts shipped with it in order to be eligible for a return.
Return Shipping:
Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The item to be returned must
arrive
at our facility within 20 business days of the date of delivery. Once we receive your item, your refund will be processed through PayPal within 3 business days.
Restocking Fee:
If a returned item is found to be dirty, dented, used, or otherwise damaged,
it will incur a restocking fee. If you return a unit for a refund in any condition other than how it was originally shipped, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from your final refunded amount.
If in the first 30-days, if you send your item in for
repair

not
be charged a restocking fee and
will not be responsible
for return shipping.
