Description

Here is a
Wallace Brothers Co. Wallingford Conn. #10072 silverplated  vase with a pierced rim. There is also some scroll work trim.  It is 17" high, 5 1/2" across the top and 8" across the handles.  There are some scratches and some small light dents. This vase appears to have been dropped as it seems a bit out of kilt. The one handle has a light indentation where it meets the vase but the other has more of an indentation which seems to most likely from being dropped.  The vase also seems to tilt a little when I look at it from the side.  The top rim also looks to be out of shape plus there are 4 seams that connect the top rim piece.  Two of those seams have a tiny slit where they opened up a little.  Our last photo shows the marking on the bottom.  It weighs about 3 1/2 lbs.
